Mission:

Communities In Schools of Hampton Roads is a nonprofit organization committed to offering holistic support for students, encompassing both academic and non-academic needs. Their team collaborates with schools, families, and the community to ensure that each student receives the necessary resources and encouragement for successful development and thriving.

Impact:

For the 2023-2024 school year, Communities In Schools (CISofHR) reached 14,878 students with their supports and essential resources. CISofHR surrounds students with a community of support so they stay – and succeed – in school.
